I'm a hopeless romantic at heart very down-to-earth, charming, witty, some say sexy, some say handsome and some say very desirable. I love life, people and everyone deserves our respect and kindness. My day begins with thanking my heavenly father for letting me see another, for it is by his grace that we are here, I thank him for this amazing world he created. like the stars, the moon, sun, sky, those things we seem to take for granted, last I thank him for the awesome women we have of every race, creed, and color and I can't say this without acknowledging the woman who gave birth to me.
As a young boy growing up I like to watch the sky at night for shooting stars and I would tell myself one day I'll find one, but then I realized they fell so far away it would be impossible to find, of course, m y shooting star was a girl but who knows maybe, hmm.
After attending college I moved to the DC metro area where I still reside. I was employed by the federal government for a time and now as a personal trainer and transformational life coach,
I never married but I have a son whom I was awarded custody of when he was three months old so ladies I do know what it's like raising a child on your own for those single mothers I applaud.
My son is on his own now and doing quite well, but as that chapter of my life closes my son says to me, dad what are you going to do with the rest of your life now that I'm gone, which is why I am here, past relationships have been blunders for me yet I still believe in true love and happiness and somewhere out there is a love just for me, although I been hurt once before that doesn't mean I won't try once more cause somewhere there's a love just for me, maybe I will find my shooting star, can it be here? the goal, a long-term relationship hopefully ending in marriage. my ideal woman would be my shooting star, my soulmate, my forever lover, friend, and partner. someone warm, kind, and caring of others who walks with confidence and grace, whose smart and supportive.
We may not always see eye to eye, life isn't perfect, and at times we all deal with the storms that come our way, you know the things to test the strength of your love for each other.
So while on this journey of dating, I find my shooting star at some point I'll say, Baby, I need you to trust me with your love, I promise, I'll always be faithful, Trust me with your heart, I will never break it, last of all trust me with your body I'll always be gentle and in those three things, I'll treasure you always.
